At Chewy Paws, your dog’s health and your satisfaction are our top priorities. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
Because our products are consumable supplements, returns are accepted only if the item is unused, unopened, the safety seal is intact, and the product is in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

If your request is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to ship your package.
⚠️ Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that banks or card providers may require additional time to process the transaction.

If your dog doesn’t love the taste or you don’t notice improvement after 30 days of consistent use, please reach out to us at support@getchewypaws.com.
Our team will work with you to find a solution — whether that’s helpful tips for mixing the supplement with food or offering a one-time courtesy discount on a different formula.
